Contact Data: Email Address.

Providing the data is optional. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to be contacted.

  • Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller;

  • Pre-contractual purposes.

07. Data Retention Period

  • Session;

  • 2 years from the receipt of the request.

08. Categories of Recipients

  • Entities providing services for the management of the information system and communication networks;

  • Firms or Companies in the context of assistance and consulting relationships;

  • Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or requests from public bodies.

The aforementioned entities will act as Data Processors or as independent Data Controllers.

09. Transfer of data to a third country/international organisation and safeguards

The personal data provided are processed within the Swiss Confederation and the European Union.

Processing of data outside Switzerland will take place within the European Union, considering the adequate level of protection that EU Regulation 2016/679 grants to data subjects.
